LEXIE CHADWICK
Founder
Lexie started her passion for all things beauty in 2012. Working as a freelance makeup and brow artist since she started her career in Gold Coast, Australia. After working for herself and other renowned makeup brands, Lexie was invited to share her passion and showcase her knowledge by becoming a teacher at the beauty college she studied at. She has taught over 200 diploma qualified artists to date. Lexie then relocated to Bali in 2019 where she shortly after founded Trove Artistry. She is so excited to bring her love for all things beauty to the island of Bali.
ROSE WOOD
Manager/Head Senior Stylist
Rose is our salon manager and has worked as a hairdresser in luxury salons all around Australia for 13 years.
Rose loves all aspects of hairdressing blondes & colour correction especially.
Workings as a bridal specialist providing makeup and hairstyling for her brides and their parties.
Rose has also worked as an educator for luxury hair care brands and can put you on a care plan to bring your hair back to life. Rose invites you to reach your hair goals with her and the team at trove and enjoy a relaxing sensorial experience.
KARINA
Salon Coordinator
Karina is one of our Salon Coordinator at Trove. Originally from East Java. She has a passion for content creation to keep our social media platforms updated and exciting! She is often described as energetic in demeanour and personality. She will welcome and assist you via Whatsapp or DM to ensure your questions are answered and your appointment runs smoothly. She’ll always be there to greet you with a smile at Trove.
MIRA
Nail Technician
Mira is originally from Singaraja. She has a love for art and her favourite hobby is painting press on nails. That is how she decided to begin her studies as a nail technician. She has been working in salons for 3+ years doing what she loves!
MAURA
Junior Assistant Stylist
Maura is from Karangasem and she has worked as a hair stylist for over 22 years! She specializes in cream baths and is an expert at massage. Maura loves to create elegant and creative hairdos. Since joining the Trove family she has flourished in her expertise and enjoys getting to do what she loves and learn new skills along the way.
CHRISTINA RENSCH
Senior Stylist
Christina has spent
spent the past 6 years across a variety of disciplines in the Hair and Beauty Industry, in Australia and Germany for her it is the love for haidressing - specifically when it comes to colour.
Specialising in Blonde, natural, sun kissed beach blonde and the seamless blends with a balayage are her favourite things to do. Creating a perfectly HEALTHY blonde is the most important thing.
She is always so so excited to take you on your hair journey and creating your dream hair.
DEWI
Nail Technician
Dewi learnt all things nails and beauty while working in Italy and later took her skills to work in Turkey. Dewi returned to her home land Indonesia to settle down and have a family, now married and has a beautiful baby girl who is 2 years old.
Dewi is experienced in all things nails gel, acrylic, art, and extensions.

ALANA
Principal Stylist
Alana is one of our principal stylists. She has had over 14 years of experience, spending the last 8 years as a colour specialist in Australia. She now lives in Bali with her husband and two little boys. Nothing makes her happier than spending the day by the water with her family! Alana’s talent lies in creating sun-kissed natural colours, balayage, and effortless looks that are high impact and low maintenance for her clients!
SULI
Junior Assistant Stylist
Suli is a born and raised Bali local, growing up in Denpasar and loves all things beauty. Her true passion lies in hair. Her skills include blow-dry styling, hair updo, braiding, and cream baths. Suli is constantly learning and looking to develop her skills by trying new things as well as keeping up her style techniques with the latest trends. Suli has been working in salons since 2013, now celebrating 10 years of experience in the styling world!
